Financial Policies
Financial Policies Life Christian Academy utilizes an online tuition management system called ProCare for billing and payment. Log in through ProCare to review account information at any time.
Tuition and Fees
Families are asked to pay an $150 non-refundable enrollment deposit to secure their child’s seat.
The Registration Fee and first month’s tuition will be invoice at the beginning of the enrollment period. The Registration Fee covers school supplies, curriculum and one set of LCA uniforms. (3 Polo Shirts and 1 T-Shirt)
Tuition payments are divided into 10 equal payments of $725. Invoices will be sent through ProCare at the beginning of each month and payment is due at the end of each month.
Families must make regular monthly payments by the end of each month to maintain a current account and student enrollment.
Failure to Maintain Current Payment Agreement
When an account is more than thirty days delinquent, a family’s account becomes inactive, and no report cards, transcripts, or other records will be released. Students will be ineligible to participate in any extracurricular activities. Students will be un-enrolled when an account is more than sixty days delinquent.
A family that has not paid the full tuition of the previous school year cannot re-enroll their students for the upcoming school year. Re-enrollment is not complete until all remaining balances has paid in full.
When tuition is delinquent, any payment, regardless of amount, is applied to the outstanding tuition balance.
